High Profile Adventures L.L.C. is an organization of multi-sport athletes who actively promote adventure sports through camps, races and travel. We pursue a lifestyle of lifelong fitness and competition. We believe in the preservation of wild places, the cleaning up of the environment, and in supporting "green" companies. We promote high quality, challenging and affordable races showcasing the natural beauty and history of the Quad City region. We also advance the sport of adventure racing by hosting an "adventure camp" at beautiful and scenic YMCA Camp Benson in Mount Carroll, Illinois and the Advanced Adventure Camp in Colorado. |

On the final day of the High Profile Adventure Camp, race in the Lightning Strikes sprint length adventure race. The 8 hour race will feature canoeing, trekking, caving, mountain biking, and multiple fixed ropes events. The course will cover approximately 50 miles in and around Camp Benson in Carroll County, Illinois. It is an USARA National Championship qualifying race. Once again in 2014, you and your team can register for the race only and teenagers, accompanied by their parents receive 1/2 off registration for the camp and race! The 2013 Colorado Camp is scheduled for June 5 - 9, 2013 in Manitou Springs, Colorado. Spend 4 adventurous days in Colorado during the 5th annual High Profile Advanced Adventure Camp. Each year brings new challenges and adventures. Join us to experience the "REAL COLORADO". Rock climb, rappel, trek and mountaineer. The final day of the trip is an attempt to summit a 14,000' peak.
